Friday, September 15th: We spent the last day of our France trip back in Paris and Versailles so we could see the Paris Temple and visit Versailles again. After being in Saint-Malo where the weather was beautiful and cool, Paris was so hot and uncomfortable with little relief from the sun. And I was so sleep deprived again and had a sore throat.
Our hotel room was not going to be ready until the afternoon, so Mike dragged me the block or two around the corner to the Paris Temple. It was as pretty as when we saw it the first time in 2019, the year it opened. We walked in the courtyard with its colorful gardens and where the white marble statue of Jesus Christ stands.
We also went into the Visitor's Center, where we met a handful of very nice missionaries. Mike attended an endowment session later while I stayed at the hotel to rest and worked on my family blog.
