I LOVE spring, especially after a long winter. This year was extra fun because we have a new house with new plants to discover. See photos below.
Despite the Corona Virus, I continued to see our family and close friends wile being careful. I made this yummy beef taco meat with fresh cilantro. We served these hardy tacos in freshly grilled raw tortillas, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and red and green salsas. Whenever I make tacos, we have enough for a crowd, plus plenty of leftovers for later.

During our first spring in the new house, we were surprised with beautiful bright yellow Daffodils in the courtyard and some white wide cupped Daffodils with dark yellow centers. Later came dainty yellow Columbine flowers in the courtyard; and lovely Plumbago Ground Cover.
