November through mid-December 2022: Birthdays and other events

November and December are a blur due to so much going on for me and our family. You should see how full my calendars look. We finally got our backyard grading done and the new 40-foot drainage easement built on the very back side of our property. This is a before photo of the blocks and footings.

Hannah makes the craziest faces, so I had to include this photo

Mike scanned these pictures of us for my birthday card. This one is of us at Sundance Ski area in Utah when I was 8 months pregnant with Jared--the last photo before I became a mother. The one below is on our wedding day.

December 16th: Sofia singing in her preschool Christmas program

This Hamblin kid from our ward was hilarious

December 15th: Art Nite for Tyler, Elise, and Brandon at their Desert Willow Family School was so much fun. And their art work was beautiful and very impressive! We enjoyed each exhibit, bought some treats for the school's fundraiser, and ate dinner together at Scarpa's beforehand. That was a great day!

November 7th: Jessica's 38th birthday! We had facials and ate lunch at an Asian restaurant (neither of us can remember where!). That evening, her family came over for dinner to celebrate her birthday and Sebastian's early birthday, which was on the 12th of November.

November 17th: On my 63rd birthday, Jessica treated me and Shauna to the St. James Tea Room for a special girl's lunch. It was so pretty and cozy, and the food was so tasty and fancy! I would love to go there again with my girls.

Our cute hostess and our tier of fun and tasty foods

My dear friend Patti Waseta dropped by to bring me (and Mike) a huge bagful of fun birthday gifts. What a sweet and thoughtful friend!

Too many gifts to open

Plus two Dickies BBQ gift cards

Shauna puts together a new toy set at "Grandma's house" during an evening when they came over for dinner. She's always a great helper with the kids.

Look at that gorgeous face

Cute little Brandon just chillin'

I had to take these pictures of Jacob in the kitchen helping his dad with the dinner dishes, a rare occurrence--haha!

Tyler tries out a new toy at Grandma's house. He's such a good kid!

Look at all those Christmas trees! I just had to take a picture.

My mom's decorated Christmas tree was even prettier before she added all those busy looking candy canes--heehee.
