May 17, 2019: Kayak trip with the Smith's

Friday, May 17th: Because we couldn't find a Saturday compatible with us and the Smith's, we chose Mike's 9-80 Friday to run the river. We met at our "put in" location in Rio Rancho at 4pm, so this was the first time we went on the river late in the afternoon. Our dear friend Patti Waseta also joined us. The weather was great!

Alec Smith is my boss and the Area Seminary Coordinator. He and his wife Denice are great friends of our's. It was fun to finally have them join us on the river.
