Harvest time. Here are five different varieties of tomatoes and four types of peppers: Roma's, Better Boy, Mr. Stripey, German Johnsons, and Beefsteak tomatoes; Green Bells, Anaheim, Big Jims, and Banana peppers.

Fall vegetables and Cel's awesome salsa are not the only hot events in the Albuquerque Hobbs family.

Smeagle found alive in the Sandia Mountains near Albuquerque:

TWA crash site: On Labor Day (Sept. 1, 2006) we decided to hike to the TWA crash site. Sam and I had previously posted our attempt to find the crash. We studied the map a bit more and found out where we had made a wrong turn. The hike was beautiful with a variety of flowers:

We found a geocache near the wreckage:


I had the coordinates for a geocache near the crash site. The GPS had a difficult time in the narrow canyon. Celestine insisted we keep looking for the treasure. We eventually found the geocache. The geocache contained newpaper clippings of the crash as well as messages from ancestors of the crash victims. The hike was inspirational!
