April 2012: Our pipes sprung another messy leak!

Poor Mike--when he bought our home, he inherited several bad leaks in our backyard over the years. Through every experience, Mike has become a better and better plumber!

This time the leak was under our RV parking slab on the side of our house 

Mike took a sledgehammer and a slamming bar to break through the cement

He lucked out and found the source of the leak on his first try!

There was a gnarly root wrapped around the PVC pipe!
