October 2022: Backyard grading and new drainage easement (with boring photos)

It took three weeks from start to finish for Tim Lane and his crew to get our backyard graded and to move our old drainage easement to the very back of our property. We also hired Tim to grade our east neighbor's backyard and to add a drainage easement that would connect into our's. They did a GREAT job.

It took nearly 100 truckloads of dirt to level our backyard

Our east neighbor's newly graded drainage easement from their backyard down to the property line. We needed to connect our drainage easement to their's or it would not have been possible to move our's for future projects. It cost us an additional $20k.

This iron fence between our property and our east neighbor's was taken down permanently since we put up a new block wall between us later

Pile of rocks to be used in the new drainage easements

It was gratifying to have professionals doing the easement job

The rocks are going in!
